A 50% deposit is required to confirm reservations.
Deposit is due within seven (7) days of making telephone reservations. Deposits are non-refundable, with the balance of the hunt due prior to Oct. 1!
Payments or deposits may be applied towards another hunt, but changes must be made at least 90 days prior to scheduled arrival.
Hunts may be scheduled a season or two in advance with a confirmation by a 10% deposit received within seven days of telephone reservation.
